Preis - Leistung stimmt gar nicht.Ich glaube es liegt daran,daß die wenigen Mitarbeiter restlos überfordert sind.
Eine Bedienung für Frühstück und Abendessen - hektisch und eher unfreundlich.
Zwei Zimmermädchen - na ja.
Küchenbrigade ist nicht mehr das,was wir von früher kennen - Hausmann
skost - Essen aber langweilig und ohne Gewürz.Dazu machen die Herren einen ungepflegten Eindruck und riechen stark nach Tabak-- nicht vier Sterne würdig!
In diesem eigentlich schönem Haus fehlt der gute Geist,welcher für die Gäste da ist -- für ihr Wohl sorgt und eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft.

Because overall I was very disappointed!
Price/performance ratio isn't right at all. I think it's because the few employees are completely overwhelmed.
One service for breakfast and dinner - hectic and rather unfriendly.
Two maids - well.
Kitchen brigade is no longer what we used to know - Hausmann
skost - food but boring and without spices. In addition, the gentlemen make an unkempt impression and smell strongly of tobacco - not worthy of four stars!
In this actually beautiful house the good spirit is missing, which is there for the guests - cares for their well-being and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a group of golfers there to play golf in lech and what an amazing hotel it is. Michael and all his staff are fantastic .food ,wines, but more importantly the warmth and kindest given to us all will never be forgotton. A memory for life .And we will be back in a heartbeat . See you soon .your Irish friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good restaurant: we had the best dinner during our stay in Lech. Price- value is correct and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Apparently I had a skiing accident hence we only had the chance to go there once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in a good location in Zug, however a few things to work on: the spa area is small and outdated (the sauna especially is tiny); the room we had was right next to the kitchen and there was a lot of noise; finally and most importantly - the female host was extremely unfriendly and borderline rude, which was totally unnecessary! The room itself was modern and spacious and comfortable.
