Very unfriendly how you deal with customers. I had my watch repaired for the second time under warranty and I still have the same problem

Das schlimmste ist noch sie haben mir eine neue Batterie rein und Batterie und Kleben verrechnet!!
Frage was soll ich mit der Uhr wenn ich sie nicht mehr tragen kann weil sie Kaputt ist ???

The worst is still they put a new battery in and charged me battery and glue !!
What should I do with the watch if I can no longer wear it because it is broken ? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab meinen ring verkleinern lassen. war keine gute Entscheidung, ich bin total unzufrieden!! Und sie: sagt na ja es ist ein altes Stück wir haben uns bemüht. Ich: na ja das sehe ich aber nicht, Muss wohl ein anderer Goldschmied schuchen.
Rechnung müsste ich auch anfordern!
Also nicht zum weiterempfehlen
I had my ring made smaller. was not a good decision, I am totally dissatisfied !! And she says: well it's an old piece we tried hard. Me: well, I don't see that, I guess I'll have to work another goldsmith.
I would also have to request an invoice!
So not to be recommended
