Nice, clean salon with a comfortable temperature. Irene was very personable and did her job well. Good prices for the service I used!
L	Lala Land on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum ersten Mal vor einer Woche dort gewesen. Leider kann ich das Studio Go Glatt gar nicht empfehlen. Sehr unhöflich, unhygienisch, dazu Arbeit und Leistung nicht genügend. Ich komme nicht wieder, wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern vergeben. First been there a week ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Studio Go Glatt at all. Very rude, unhygienic, not enough work and performance. I won't be back, if I could I wouldn't give it a star.
I	Incredible Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnell und schmerzhaft. Bis jetzt das schlimmste Enthaarungsstudio. Hygene unter aller sau. Als ich um eine pause bat wurde ich ignoriert. Mein 30 min termin war in 10 min erledigt. Normalerweise führe ich mit meiner Kosmetikerin Konversation aber hier absolute stille. Am Ende wurde mir ein nasser fetzen in die hand gedrückt zum abwischen. Katastrophe. Zwei sterne gibts nur deshalb weil das ergebnis gut geworden ist. Geht lieber zu MiaVia ihr zahlts 4 euro mehr und habt ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Fast and painful. The worst hair removal studio so far. Hygene under all sow. When I asked for a break I was ignored. My 30 minute appointment was done in 10 minutes. Normally I have a conversation with my beautician but here absolute silence. At the end I was handed a wet rag to wipe off. Catastrophe. There are only two stars because the result is good. Rather go to MiaVia you pay 4 euros more and have a wonderful experience.
L	Lyon Preyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil ich das erste Mal auf die Rezensionen geschaut habe und nun endlich sehe, dass es nicht nur mir so ging: Das war mein erstes Sugaringstudio und ich habe denen alles geglaubt, was mir erzählt wurde. Fast 2,5 Jahre lang. Eigentlich hat die Chefin von Anfang an was zu Meckern gehabt, sodass ich mich immer dafür geschämt habe, wie ich bin. Haare zu stark (als wär's meine Schuld und ein Ausschlusskriterium), zu lang, zu kurz ... Die Höhe war dann, als mir die Chefin erklärte die Haare sind unterschiedlich lang und dass das sicher nicht von ihren Behandlungen kommen kann, sondern ich bestimmt selbst rasiert habe. Das war dann das letzte Mal, dass ich dort war. Wie viel Unverschämtheit muss man sich gefallen lassen? Später habe ich einen etwas teureren Salon aufgesucht und oh Wunder, es war nie ein Problem und tat nur einen Bruchteil so weh/abgebrochene Haare kamen nie wieder vor. Ja, bei Go Glatt ist es relativ billig und man bekommt immer schnell einen Termin, sogar online, aber das war's auch schon. Vor allem wenn die Chefin selbst es macht - viel Spaß. Die Mädels dort wechseln sonst oft und machen es meistens eh okay. Wenn man eh dünnes Körperhaar hat, dann kann man da vielleicht gut mit dem Service auskommen. Aber ich rate auf jeden Fall mal zu vergleichen und dann zu sagen, ob sich der billigere Preis tatsächlich lohnt. Because I looked at the reviews for the first time and now I finally see that it wasn't just me: It was my first sugaring studio and I believed everything they told me. Almost 2.5 years. Actually, the boss had something to complain about right from the start, so that I was always ashamed of the way I am. Hair too thick (as if it were my fault and an exclusion criterion), too long, too short... The level was then when the manager explained to me the hair is of different lengths and that it can certainly not come from her treatments, but I determined shaved myself. That was the last time I was there. How much insolence do you have to put up with? I later went to a slightly more expensive salon and oh wonder it was never a problem and only hurt a fraction as much/broken hairs never happened again. Yes, Go Glatt is relatively cheap and you can always get an appointment quickly, even online, but that's about it. Especially when the boss does it herself - have fun. The girls there change often and usually do it okay anyway. If you have thin body hair anyway, then maybe you can get along well with the service. But I definitely advise comparing and then saying whether the cheaper price is actually worth it.

S	SC ES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for years now, already recommended it to a couple of friends (who all liked it), appointments are easy to get, it’s always clean, the staff is always super friendly, attentive and efficient. There is a loyalty program, at least for bikini waxes, not sure how it works with everything else - every 10th one is free. Prices are decent, and it’s very close to Praterstern.
