★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kannte solche Dienstleistung bisher nur aus der Schweiz. Leider herrscht in Österreich in Punkt Firmengründung noch die Monarchie und eine sehr verstaubte Gesetzeslage. Herr Özcan hat es geschafft, als einziger in Österreich eine Dienstleistung, die bislang Notare innerhalb von 4-6 Wochen erbracht haben, auf 5 Minuten zu verkürzen. DAS ist für einen Unternehmer so innovativ wie 1969 als MR Neil Armstrong auf dem Mond zu landen. Dafür gebührt Herr Özcan der größte Respekt. Er ist aber auch nach Geschäftsabschluss ein Sinnbild des Geschäftsmannes, der ich schon seit 30 Jahren versuche zu sein.
Ich hoffe, irgendwann endet die Firmengründung bei ihm und der Notar „darf“ nur noch die Unterschrift beurkunden. Monarchie ade….
So far, I only knew this kind of service from Switzerland. Unfortunately, when it comes to setting up a company, Austria still has a monarchy and a very dusty legal situation. Mr. Özcan was the only one in Austria who managed to shorten a service that notaries previously provided within 4-6 weeks to 5 minutes. THAT is as innovative for an entrepreneur as landing on the moon as MR Neil Armstrong in 1969. For this Mr. Özcan deserves the greatest respect. Even after the deal he is a symbol of the businessman that I have been trying to be for 30 years.
I hope that at some point the company will end and the notary “may” only certify the signature. Goodbye monarchy….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Erstellung des Vertrags war einfach und problemlos - Das was danach kam leider nicht (Notar, Gericht, usw.) aber wir wurden bis zum Ende (erfolgreiche Gründung) gut betreut und unterstützt.
The drafting of the contract was easy and problem-free - unfortunately, what came afterwards (notary, court, etc.) but we were well looked after and supported until the end (successful establishment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Özcan ist einer der wenigen Menschen heutzutage, wo man weiß, dass man nicht übers Ohr gehauen wird. Ursprünglich wollte ich eine GmbH gründen und bin auf diese Seite gestoßen. Nachdem ich aber absoluter Neugründer bin, habe ich vorab Kontakt mit Herrn Özcan aufgenommen, um mit ihm alles noch einmal durchzugehen. Entgegen meiner Erwartung hat er mir im Beratungsgespräch, aufgrund meiner persönlichen Umstände, nicht zu einer GmbH, sondern zu einer anderen Rechtsform geraten. Mich hat total begeistert, dass er nicht in seinem, sondern in meinem Interesse gehandelt hat. Und das absolut kostenlos! Sollte ich in 3 Jahren dann tatsächlich eine GmbH benötigen, komme ich sofort zu Herrn Özcan.
Mr. Özcan is one of the few people nowadays where you know that you will not be ripped off. Originally I wanted to found a GmbH and came across this page. However, since I am an absolute new founder, I contacted Mr. Özcan in advance to go over everything with him. Contrary to my expectations, in the consultation, due to my personal circumstances, he advised me not to a GmbH, but to a different legal form. I was absolutely thrilled that he acted not in his but in my interest. And it's absolutely free! Should I actually need a GmbH in 3 years, I will come straight to Mr. Özcan.
