Zusätzlich zu dieser Unterstützung haben wir durch die unzähligen Gespräche auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps über Abläufe und Prozesse für unsere Tätigkeiten erhalten.
Man kann die Liebe zu ihrer Arbeit von Dorine förmlich spüren. Und die technische Affinität von Volkan spiegelt sich perfekt in unserem Projekt wider.
Besonders freut es uns, dass unsere Homepage bereits am ersten Tag an oft besucht wurde, weshalb wir schon innerhalb der ersten Stunden nach dem Launch einige Anfragen beziehungsweise Bestellungen bekommen haben. Darüber hinaus konnten wir durch die Einbindung eines Zahlungsmoduls sogar einige (Geld-)Spenden erhalten.

In addition to this support, we also received a lot of helpful tips about procedures and processes for our activities through the countless conversations.
You can literally feel Dorine's love for her work. And Volkan's technical affinity is perfectly reflected in our project.
We are particularly pleased that our homepage was often visited on the first day, which is why we received a few inquiries and orders within the first hours after the launch. In addition, we were even able to receive some (monetary) donations through the integration of a payment module.
With our association work, many families of premature babies can be helped, but with the work of the GCG we can now reach even more families of premature babies. We say thank you to the team for their absolutely remarkable work!

Hierbei ist er auf meine individuellen Wünsche eingegangen und hat all meine Fragen beantwortet, was mir insbesondere in der Startphase viel Klarheit verschafft hat. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass er mir mit seiner Firma einen umfassenden Service geboten hat, weshalb er mein Logo, meine Visitenkarten sowie meine Flyer designed hat. Seine Firma hat auch meine Homepage programmiert und Google Analytics sowie Google My Business eingerichtet, sodass ich mit einem hochwertigen Internetauftritt loslegen konnte. Speziell für die Gründungsphase hat er mir noch viele positive Ideen mitgegeben. Es war definitiv die richtige Entscheidung mit Herrn Özcan zusammen zu arbeiten und alles in eine Hand zu geben, wodurch ich mir sehr viel Koordinationsaufwand erspart habe. Mr. Özcan helped me set up the company and picked me up where I was. He responded to my individual requests and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of clarity, especially in the start-up phase. I especially liked that he and his company offered me a comprehensive service, which is why he designed my logo, my business cards and my flyers. His company also programmed my homepage and set up Google Analytics and Google My Business so that I could get started with a high-quality website. He gave me a lot of positive ideas especially for the start-up phase. Durch die Fördermittel konnte ich beispielsweise meine gesamte Buchhaltung vollkommen automatisieren. Da ich nie ein Freund von dem ganzen unnötigen und lästigen Papierkrieg war, bin ich nun froh darüber, dass alles wie bei einem Autopilot funktioniert. Während ich mich früher maßlos über den ganzen Verwaltungsaufwand geärgert habe, empfinde ich nun Freude darüber, wenn ich einen kurzen Blick auf meine Umsätze werfe und die Gewissheit habe, dass alles einwandfrei erledigt worden ist. Super Unternehmensberatung mit einer top Leistung; kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen.
With the help of the General Consulting Group, I saved a total of € 4,000 for my digitization project through funding. For example, the funding allowed me to completely automate my entire bookkeeping. Since I've never been a friend of all the unnecessary and annoying paperwork, I'm now happy that everything works like an autopilot. While I used to be extremely annoyed about all the administrative work, I now feel joy when I take a quick look at my sales and have the certainty that everything has been done properly. Great management consultancy with a top performance; I would recommend it to everybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin eigentlich keine Person, die Rezensionen auf Google schreibt, aber für die GCG mache ich einmal eine Ausnahme, da mich die Arbeit der GCG einfach total überzeugt hat. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich hatte zuvor schon mit anderen Unternehmensberatern zu tun, welche aber nicht mal ansatzweise so kompetent und gleichzeitig so wertschätzend waren. Dazu muss ich sagen, ich war eigentlich nur als Begleitung mit meiner Mutter bei der GCG, da sie einen Beratungstermin aufgrund ihrer Selbstständigkeit hatte. Nach diesem Termin werde ich Herrn Özcan und sein Team auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch ich werde zukünftig - wenn ich für mein Unternehmen Unterstützung brauche- die GCG kontaktieren. Top!
I'm actually not a person who writes reviews on Google, but I'll make an exception for the GCG, because the work of the GCG has simply totally convinced me. I have to say that I had dealt with other management consultants before, but they weren't even remotely as competent and at the same time so appreciative. I have to say that I actually only went to the GCG to accompany my mother, as she had a consultation appointment due to her independence. After this appointment, I will definitely recommend Mr. Özcan and his team to others, and in the future I too will - if I need support for my company - contact the GCG. Top!

After having to give up my old job after 10 years, I finally decided to fulfill my lifelong dream. I dared to go into self-employment. Since I didn't have that much experience in this regard, I was looking for a management consultant. This is where I came across the GCG and, to be honest, it was the best decision I could make.
