Jetzt sammle ich immer die "Patienten"für meine nächsten Aufenthalte hier. Reparaturen wurden immer perfekt ausgeführt und natürlich habe ich dann auch bei den schönen neuen Angeboten zugeschlagen. Die Beratung ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und ich kann dieses Geschäft jedem Interessenten sehr empfehlen. Alles Gute weiterhin. I have quite a lot of old costume jewelry and was glad to have discovered this very nice shop in Graz. Now I always collect the "patients" for my next stays here. Etwa 50% des Materials meiner derzeitigen Variationen kommen aus diesem Shop. Zu bemängeln empfinde ich, dass es keine Kundenkarte etc. mehr gibt. Die Öffnungszeiten sind für mich ideal. I find it to be criticized that there is no customer card etc. anymore. The opening times are ideal for me.

Das Personal ist sowohl super freundlich, als auch kompetent und steht einem stets hilfreich zur Seite. Am meisten haben es mir die Miyuki- und die Swarovskiperlen angetan. Zu guter Letzt findet man auf der Homepage und auf dem Youtubekanal "Glücksperle" sehr tolle und gut erklärte Tutorials. My favorite downtown store.
