D	Dietmar Frey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin den ganzen Vormittag zu Hause , und warte auf ein Paket das mit GLS geliefert werden sollte . Um 10:23 dann eine Nachricht "Empfänger nicht angetroffen , Paket wird den Abholshop übergeben". Eine absolute Sauerei , niemand hat geläutet. Ich denke der Fahrer vom Paketdienst füllt die Benachrichtigungen schon vorher aus um sich den Weg zur Wohnung zu ersparen. P.S. Update zur Lieferung , es war nicht einmal eine Benachrichtigung an der Tür , heißt der Fahrer war nicht einmal hier und hat gleich die Benachrichtigung niemand angetroffen via E-mail geschickt. I'm at home all morning waiting for a package that should be delivered by GLS. At 10:23 a.m. the message "Recipient not found, package will be handed over to the pick-up shop". An absolute mess, nobody rang. I think the driver from the parcel service fills out the notifications beforehand to save himself the trip to the apartment. PS Update on the delivery, there wasn't even a notification at the door, meaning the driver wasn't even here and immediately sent the notification via e-mail to no one found.
T	Tomasz Gillner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind 0-Sterne-Bewertungen nicht möglich!!!! Zusteller war nie bei mir zu Hause, keine Benachrichtigung, kein Zettel. Am Tag der angeblichen Lieferung habe ich von zu Hause aus gearbeitet!!!! Paket wurde einfach in Fürnitz 2 Wochen lang aufbewahrt und zurückgeschickt. GLS ist auch telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Ich kann nur davon abraten! Unfortunately, 0-star ratings are not possible!!!! The delivery person was never at my house, no notification, no note. On the day of the supposed delivery I was working from home!!!! Package was simply kept in Fürnitz for 2 weeks and sent back. GLS cannot be reached by phone either. I can only advise against it!

I wrote to GLS, they responded from Germany, do not know why the package is stuck, and they cant seem to contact their own distribution center. Their advice was for me to try to get through somehow myself (no luck so far) poor response from GLS also here on the review - if you read the review, I have obviously already been in contact via email. the problem and the bad review is that the email contact is not resolving any issues already since a week. I wrote again today to GLS austria directly via email, with shipment number, address and telephone... the response: "more data is needed; please send full address & telephone number"

NOT PROFESSIONAL COMPANY ! If by my sending stays my telephone number, my address, and therefore, you send me two times you send me when my package suppose to come in which day.... PLEASE, YOU HAVE TO CALL ON MY PHONE AT LEAST, THAT YOU ARE BY DELIVERY ADRESS, OR AT LEAST TO CALL TO MY DOOR!!!! Today I was home ant it was exactly time you wrote for a delivery time!! HOW I, ON THE LAST WEEKS OF MY PREGNANCY WITHOUT CAR, SUPPOSE TO GO AND PICK UP MY PACKAGE IN ANOTHER SIDE ON THE CITY, WHERE NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT GOES??????? ....And it is far not the first time happens!!! Looking forward to contact you directly!!!

Time and time again the package has just been sent to pickup station - with notifications saying that no-one was home or that the consignee was contacted - neither of which have been true. Just pure & simple laziness on the behalf of this company and their employees. Often you don't have a choice with who a company chooses for their delivery service - and often more expensive than others - but given the option, always avoid GLS.
