I am really satisfied. Fish from Germany are delivered too early. The package will be kept especially for me and I can pick it up in the evening. Super accommodating from GO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Fahrer sind mehr als unfähig. Treiben Bargeld ein ohne Ankündigung, haben dann noch nicht mal einen Quittungsblock mit. Kein mobiles EC-Kartenlesegerät (in der heutigen zeit sollte es ein muss sein), habe andere Speditionen/Transportunternehmen auch. Die Fahrer bekommen nichts auf die Reihe. Darüber hinaus sind die Unfreundlich und Optisch eine Zumutung sowas auf zahlende Kunden loszulassen. Vom schlechten Kundenservice mal ganz abgesehen.
1 Stern gibt es weil man bei Google andere Warnen kann mit solchen Firmen nicht zu arbeiten.
The drivers are more than incapable. If you collect cash without prior notice, you don't even have a receipt pad with you. No mobile EC card reader (it should be a must nowadays), other freight forwarders / transport companies have too. The drivers don't get anything done. In addition, the unfriendly and visually unreasonable to let go of something on paying customers. Not to mention bad customer service.
There is 1 star because Google can warn others not to work with such companies.
