Eigentlich NULL Sterne. Eventime schrieb, dass das o.g. Unternehmen eventime mit der Rückerstattung beauftragte. Statt einer Rückerstattung erhielt ich meine 2 Tickets zurück, mit einem Schreiben, dass eventime NICHT mit der Rückerstattung beauftragt wurde. Auf meine E-Mail vom 23.01.2022 KEIN Feedback von Global Event&Entertainment erhalten. Nun kam ein neuer Termin für das Konzert (es geht um die Mosaik Tour von Andrea Berg in Hannover), wieder mit dem Vermerk, dass wenn der neue Termin am 11.11.2022 nicht wahrgenommen werden kann, der Veranstalter (o.g.) eventime mit der Rückerstattung beauftragte. Komme mir total verschaukelt vor!!!! Ob das die Künstler wissen, wie ihr Veranstalter mit den Fans umgehen?????

Actually ZERO stars. Eventime wrote that the above company hired eventime to do the refund. Instead of a refund I received my 2 tickets back with a letter saying eventime was NOT charged with the refund. I received NO feedback from Global Event&Entertainment on my email of January 23, 2022. Now there was a new date for the concert (it's about Andrea Berg's Mosaic Tour in Hanover), again with the note that if the new date on November 11th, 2022 cannot be kept, the organizer (above) eventime with the refund commissioned. I feel totally screwed!!!! Do the artists know how their organizers deal with the fans?????

Ich finde es unglaublich Kundenunfreundlich sich gar nicht auf Anfragen der Kunden per Mail zu äußern. Ich möchte mein Geld für ein Konzert zurück, was jetzt schon 3 mal verschoben wurde. Es ist einfach unglaublich frech, sich diesbezüglich gar nicht zu melden und bestimmt auch nicht im Sinne der Künstler.

I find it incredibly customer-unfriendly not to respond to customer inquiries by email. I want my money back for a concert that has now been postponed 3 times. It's just incredibly cheeky not to report this at all and certainly not in the interest of the artists.
