Für arbeitstätige Menschen, die noch dazu nicht in Wien, wo das Konzert stattfinden soll, wohnen, also ein Unding. Die Firma weigert sich allerdings, mir die Kosten für die Tickets vorzeitig zu erstatten.
Die Gründe: Sie müssten "weiterhin wirtschaften" können und seien auf das Geld angewiesen. Abgesehen davon, so die Dame am Telefon, hätten sie ohnehin die gesetzliche Befugnis dazu. Der erste Grund ist für mich als Kunden völlig irrelevant und der Zweite ein kundenunfreundliches Abputzen.
Nun bleibe ich bis 2023 auf den Kosten sitzen. Eine maßlose Frechheit, von der auch der Konsumentenschutz erfahren wird. Hoffentlich lässt sich zumindest so etwas erreichen.
