A FUNCIONÁRIA DESINFORMA EM VEZ DE INFORMAR E SIMPLISMENTE NÃO REALIZA O RECEBENTO .. ISSO É UM ABSURDO .. E AINDA VEM COLOCAR A CULPA NA PANDEMIA, SENDO QUE A REFERIDA ESTA TRABALHANDO E COM CERTEZA DE ESTA RECEBENDO SEUS SALARIOS MENSALMENTE DE FORMA INETERRUPTA .. ESPERO QUE A EMPRESA " GLOBAL BLUE " POSSA LER ESSE MEU RELATO E TOME UMA PROVIDENCIA .. RATIFICANDO, UM ABSURDO !!!
 THE EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE... SIMOLYS DO NOT WANT OUR RIGHTS TO RECEIVE PART OF THE TAXES PAID BY US TOURISTS TO BE RECEIVED. THE EMPLOYEE DISINFORMS INSTEAD OF INFORMING AND SIMPLY DOES NOT PERFORM THE RECEIPT .. THIS IS ABSURD .. AND STILL COMES BLAME ON THE PANDEMIC, BEING THAT THE REFERRED IS WORKING AND CERTAINLY RECEIVING HER INETERIAL WAGES. I HOPE THAT THE COMPANY "GLOBAL BLUE" CAN READ MY REPORT AND TAKE ACTION .. RATIFYING, AN ABSURD !!!

. For rearing teeth on the fifth floor, can only be made for products purchased in Austria. In the morning, people will not get much money and can deduct only 3 euros per fee. Cash can be returned in Euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tax refund global blue at Vienna. You can get your tax refund by credit card or cash without commission fee (€3.00) by kiosk at global blue 5th floor but only 1 kiosk and very long line. Although 2 Chinese staffs was very helpful he advised us how to get tax refund by kiosk. Note: Only staffs that buy in Austria can get refund here.
