Nicht nur der Inhaber des "Hotels, apartment, Wg" I'dont now war uns nicht ganz klar was es ist weil uns immer anderes gesagt wurde, war beschämend unfreundlich und hat uns komplett ausgenommen statt knappe 200 Euro für eine Woche haben wir 350 Euro bezahlen müssen weil wir zu "viel" Wäsche gewaschen hätten. Da stell ich mir aber wieder die Frage wozu sind die da? Schimmelbefall in der Küche und im Nachhinein durften wir auch noch erfahren das Kameras angebracht sind von denen wir weder was wusste noch ein Schild ausgehängt war!. Sie haben also auf genau 6 Quartrat Meter mit 2 Meter Höhe ihre Privatsphäre. Dann das Highlight endlich zuhause angekommen 2 Tage später... Wir werden angerufen und beschuldigt das wir das dort vorhandene WLAN mitgenommen haben ist eh auf video beweiß und er zeigt uns an! Und als wir ihn gebeten haben uns dieses video per E-Mail zu schicken da auch von meiner Freundin das Handy abhanden gekommen ist hatte der Besitzer aufeinmal keine Zeit mehr und blockte mein eingehendes Gespräch völlig ab. Einfach nur Lächerlich war mein erster und letzer besuch nur weil wir noch keine 20 waren dachte er wohl er kann umgeben mit uns wie er will einfach. Sie haben nie auf meine SMS oder E-Mails geantwortet, aber sie haben meine Rückerstattungsanfrage sehr schnell abgelehnt. unverantwortlich Vienna bans hotels from accepting overnight guests until December 20th. that is her problem. but I want them to tell me the night of the 16.12. refund, but no. F	Fiona Ua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Розташування хостелу непогане, але немає вивіски з назвою хостелу, шукали довго, аж поки випадково не побачили на дверях листок А4 де написано що тут хостел( пропоную завантажити фото входу в хостел на сайт, щоб краще було його знайти) Хостел чистий це великий плюс, є все необхідне (фен, шампунь, гель для душу, посуд, плита, чайник та ін. є пральна машина що теж дуже супер). Найбільш що мені не сподобалось це звукоізоляція((( Будьте готові до того що ці капсули взагалі не ізольовані коли хтось ходить вмикається світло що заважає спати вночі, також чутно все що відбувається в хостелі! Але ціна приємна!
