Hinzu kommen eine moderne Ausstattung und hohe Räume, die ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld schaffen. Bei Pausen gibt es in der Bloch-Bauer-Promenade zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten und den nahe gelegenen Sonnwendgarten für einen Abstecher in die Natur. Kulinarisch befriedigt der gegenüber befindliche Stadtelefant auch hohe Ansprüche, ein Hypermarkt ist 1 Minute entfernt. Die Anbindung über den Hauptbahnhof könnte kaum besser sein.

During breaks, there is plenty of seating on the Bloch-Bauer-Promenade and the nearby Sonnwendgarten for a detour into nature. The Stadtelefant opposite also satisfies high culinary demands, a hypermarket is 1 minute away. The connection via the main train station could hardly be better.
