★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fenster kaputt - schnelle Reparatur und Abwicklung mit der Versicherung. Hat super funktioniert. Übrigens gibt es dort auch Spiegel in allen Grössen und Formen.
 Broken window - quick repairs and settlement with the insurance company. It worked great. By the way, there are mirrors in all sizes and shapes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lange Wartezeiten auf Besichtigungstermin, Termin wurde telefonisch abgesagt. Man müsse sich einen neuen Termin vereinbaren, obwohl die Baustelle frei zugänglich war. Freches unverschämtes verhalten auf dem Telefon. Wollten ein Glastrennwand Dusche, Französische Glasbalkone bei ca. 10 Fenstern, sowie über 20 lfm Glasbalkon. Glasbau Putz dürfte wohl nicht an Aufträgen interessiert sein. Meine erste negative Bewertung, da mich so ein Verhalten gegenüber Potentiellen Kunden ärgert.
Long waiting times for viewing appointments, appointment was canceled by phone. You have to make a new appointment, although the construction site was freely accessible. Naughty outrageous behavior on the phone. Wanted a glass partition wall shower, French glass balconies with about 10 windows, as well as over 20 meters of glass balcony. Glasbau Putz is unlikely to be interested in orders. My first negative rating, because I annoyed such behavior towards potential customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich anrief rechnete ich damit mir einen Termin auszumachen.. Ich würde gleich gefragt ob sie am selben Tag noch vorbeikommen können um den Schaden auszumessen. War begeistert über die schnelle Reaktion und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Absolut zum weiterempfehlen ?
When I called I expected to make an appointment .. I would be asked if they could come by the same day to measure the damage. Was thrilled with the quick response and the friendly staff. Absolutely recommendable ?

Perfectly organized .... broken door was strictly adhered to with the time and day specifications and also brought back ... very nice gentleman on the phone glass advice) ..
