Mieter die 10 Jahre oder länger wohnen und pünktlich ihre Miete zahlen werden drangsaliert, "Neubürger" dürfen alles ohne Konsequenzen Who knows George Orwell's 1984? Kurz und bündig gesagt, ich habe noch nie eine vertändnissvollere, auf die Probleme so emphatisch und verständnisvoll eingehende Team bei einer Genossenschaft erlebt wie die bei der giwog in leonding. Es wurde mir in kürzester Zeit und völlig unkompliziert und auf mein Problem eingegangen wie bei diesem Team., eine Wohnung vermittelt. Preis stimmt, Qualität stimmt und die Menschlichkeit, danke. Nach X-male Besichtigungen bei anderen Genossenschaften, muss ich sagen nur GIWOG bietet sehr schöne/ ordentliche Wohnungen an. Bei den anderen werden die Wohnungen so angeboten, wie das v. Vormietern verlassen ist (kaputtes Fenster, zerkratzte Böden, alter Wandlack). Nur Giwog hat uns eine Sanierte Wohnung angeboten und wir sind dafür sehr dankbar! Besten Dank! Thank you GIWOG team! Meines Erachtens habe ich alles im Antrag ausgefüllt was wichtig ist (ausser die Sozialver.nr. meiner Kinder und meiner Freundin) nach 2 Wochen kam eine E-Mail das es nicht Bearbeitet werden kann da es Lückenhaft ist. Konkret weiss ich aber nicht ob das der Grund ist, da sonnst nix in der Mail steht ausser das ich alles nocheinmal machen soll. I can't make it through the registration hurdle. In my opinion, I filled out everything in the application that was important (except for the social security number of my children and my girlfriend) after 2 weeks I received an email that it could not be processed because it was incomplete. Bereits die erste Wohnung hat für uns gepasst und uns von der Lage, Aufteilung und vom Mietpreis überzeugt. Sie wird sogar vor Einzug saniert. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht! Had very bad experiences with another cooperative, which is why we registered with GIWOG after 5 months of unsuccessful searches. Hier können sich andere Genossenschaften ein Beispiel nehmen. Everything was perfect from the viewing of the apartment to moving in. Friendly customer center.
