An der Kasse ist kaum Platz für die gescannten Produkte, wodurch man sehr gestresst wird. Bei meinem Einkauf hatte ich -25%-Rabattpickerl. Auf zwei Produkte war dieser Rabatt aber nicht anwendbar (was ich nicht wusste). Anstatt mir auf andere Produkte von meinem Einkauf den Rabatt zu geben (wie ich das bisher in jedem anderen Geschäft erlebt hab, wenn ich mich bei den Aktionen vertan hab), ließ ihn die Kassiererin verfallen. Schade, geh ich halt weiterhin zum dm in Ober St. Veit. Man merkt einfach, dass der seine Mitarbeiter*innen besser bezahlt als REWE. The shop is very narrow and some shelves are difficult to reach because of the large pillars in front of them. There is hardly any space at the checkout for the scanned products, which makes you very stressed. I had a 25% discount sticker on my purchase. This discount was not applicable to two products (which I didn't know). Instead of giving me the discount on other products from my purchase (as I've seen in every other store so far if I've made a mistake in the promotions), the cashier let it expire. It's a shame, I'm still going to the dm in Ober St. Veit. You can easily tell that they pay their employees better than REWE.

V	Vi W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Äußerst freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal (sowohl hinsichtlich der Produktberatung als auch an der Kassa), meist keine Wartezeiten an der Kassa, eine sehr große Auswahl (jedenfalls für Drogerien in dieser Gegend) an Pflegeprodukten und vor allem an medizinischen Produkten und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln - auch an BIPA-eigenen Marken, die ich in dieser Qualität zu diesen Preisen bei anderen Anbietern noch nicht gefunden habe. Extremely friendly, courteous staff (both in terms of product advice and at the cash desk), mostly no waiting times at the cash desk, a very large selection (at least for drugstores in this area) of care products and, above all, of medical products and dietary supplements - including BIPA -Own brands that I have not yet found in this quality at these prices from other suppliers.

Jedesmal muss man mindestens 2 mal rufen, dass jemand zur Kassa kommt, es dauert ur lange und man merkt so richtig, dass sie keinen Bock haben dich zu bedienen. Würde ich nicht direkt ums Eck wohnen, würd ich nicht mehr hingehen. The employees are the laziest and annoyed I have ever encountered. Every time you have to call at least 2 times for someone to come to the cash register, it takes a long time and you really notice that they don't feel like serving you. If I didn't live right around the corner, I wouldn't go there anymore.
