Lässt nicht ausreden, lässt einem das Anliegen nicht vorbringen und als ich sie mit dem Satz ersuchte "darf ich einmal zu Wort kommen?", legte sie auf und hob dann weitere Anrufe meinerseits auch nicht mehr ab. Vor allem nicht Freitags. Toller Service für die Steuerzahler! You're not allowed to be on site, but nobody can ever be reached by phone, because of course everyone has been in the Corona home office for months - and apparently nothing works from there. Especially not on Fridays. Great service for taxpayers!

Wie soll man so Dringendes erledigen? For a week I regularly tried to make an appointment by phone. After waiting for minutes, you get kicked out of the line. How do you get things done that are so urgent?

Sehr schlechtes Personal, können nichts außer weiterleiten an die nicht zuständigen Stellen. Schulen sie ihr Personal ein!!! Unverschämtheit!!! Versuche seit einer Woche durchgehend auskunft zu bekommen I would give no stars at all if it were possible!!
