Egal ob nun Pilates, Massage, Energiebalance, Yoga, Nordic Walking oder mehr das Angebot hier ist wirklich groß, da findet man leicht das was einem besonders gut tut. Ich selbst bin nun schon seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig im Pilatestraining und möchte meine Trainingseinheiten nicht mehr missen, denn es tut einfach gut. Die persönliche Betreuung durch Michi und die gute Stimmung hier machen es zu einem Ort wo man sich einfach nur wohlfühlt.
Tipp: Pilates Schnupperstunde ist gegen Anmeldung immer möglich. Unbedingt auch Energiebalance ausprobieren.
Just to recommend! Whether it's Pilates, massage, energy balance, yoga, Nordic walking or more, the offer here is really big, because it's easy to find what you are doing especially well. I have been in Pilate training regularly for some time now and I do not want to miss my training because it just feels good. The personal care by Michi and the good mood here make it a place where you just feel good.
Tip: Pilates trial lesson is always possible against registration. Absolutely try out energy balance.
