★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Dr. Kutschera hat mich schon zweimal richtig "gerettet". Und ist kompetent mit vielen Angeboten und Lösungen, auch alternativen Lösungen. Nun, früher war mal ab und zu eine gereizte Stimmung spürbar, in den letzten Monaten nicht mehr!
Miss Dr. Kutschera has really "saved" me twice. And is competent with many offers and solutions, including alternative solutions. Well, there used to be an irritable mood once in a while, not in the past few months!

Sehr freundliche Helferinnen und ganz modern ausgestattete Praxis.
Zahnarzt ist zwar nie angenehm aber hier fühlt man sich gut betreut und auch verstanden.
Perfect atmosphere with mostly short waiting times.
Very friendly helpers and very modern equipped practice.
Dentist is never pleasant but here you feel well looked after and understood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen, vielleicht habe ich ja einen schlechten Tag erwischt bei der Dame.. Bei mir war sie gestresst, hat mich als Patienten recht herablassend behandelt und während der Behandlung ueber mich drüber mehrmals ihre Assistentin angefaucht. Die Kollegin heraußen hat dann bei der Terminvergabe fuer die Folgebehandlung unfreundlich gestoehnt, als ob ich sie um ihr letztes Hemd bitten wuerde, weil ich einen Termin (keine bestimmte Präferenz, einfach nur einen Termin..) brauche.
Sieht mich sicher nicht wieder..
So I can not understand the good reviews, unfortunately, maybe I've got a bad day at the lady .. For me, she was stressed, treated me as a patient quite condescendingly and during treatment over me several times her assistant angefaucht. The colleague out here then rudely disturbed in the appointment for the follow-up treatment, as if I would ask her for her last shirt, because I need an appointment (no specific preference, just an appointment ..).
Will not see me again ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erster Besuch, erstes Statement: Alle Zähne müssen gerissen und durch Implantate ersetzt werden. Danke und auf Wiedersehen. Versteh schon dass man als Zahnarzt gerne Geld verdient. Gott sei Dank gibt es andere Zahnärzte die geduldiger sind und andere Lösungen finden
First visit, first statement: All teeth have to be torn and replaced with implants. Thank you and goodbye. Understand that as a dentist you like to make money. Thank goodness there are other dentists who are more patient and come up with other solutions
