★ ★ ★ ★ ★ es ist eine schöne gegend, aber der Bau ist eine katastrophe. Im gesamten Bau schimmelt es, das gebäude hat keine Wärmeüberprückung.Im Winter ist es sehr kalt. Ich frage mich wann der Bürgermeister sein Versprächen hält und eine Renovierung in die wäge leitet. Denkmalschutz ist schön und gut, aber es leben Menschen da, das ist kein Museum.
it's a nice area, but the construction is a disaster. The whole building is moldy, the building has no heat protection and it is very cold in winter. I wonder when the mayor will keep his promise and start a renovation. Monument protection is all well and good, but people live there, this is not a museum.
