A	Anka i Ostoja Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei den Frau dr.Susanne so gut und gründlich behandelt wie noch nie und gehe ich wieder zurück gerne weill ich bin ein schwer krank Patientin und brauche so eine gewissenhafter Artzt.Wegen meine Arbeit,wäre ich weit weg und fast zwei Jahre lang nicht bei Frau Doktor aber jetzt bin wieder da und mache mich sofort eine Termin für Kontrolle. I have been treated by dr.Susanne as well and thoroughly as never before and I like to go back again because I am a seriously ill patient and I need a conscientious doctor. Because of my work, I would be far away and not for almost two years with Frau Doktor but now I'm back and make an appointment for a check-up.
C	Cornelia Waltl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zeit die der Arzt für die Patienten nimmt ist super toll. Auch bei Fragen nimmt er sich Zeit. Das einzige was mich stört ist das wenn man anruft meistens immer mehr als 10 mal probieren muss bis man durchkommt. Doch was mich am meisten stört ist das auch wenn man keine Patienten mehr an einem Tag annimmt. Läuft der Anrufbeantworter doch was ist wenn man nur einen Termin ausmachen möchte. Muss man persönlich hinfahren. Könnte man ja so einführen das man eine zahltaste drückt mit z.b 1 ist ein Notfall der weitergeleitet wird zu einem anderen Vertretungsarzt. Und Taste 2 ist eine Terminvereinbarung die dann zum Personal an der Theke weiter geleitet wird und man das am Telefon ausmachen kann und nicht extra hinfahren muss. Fahr trotzdem zu ihm hin weil er super ist aber das andere könnte man ändern. The time the doctor takes for the patients is great. Even with questions he takes his time. The only thing that bothers me is that when you call usually always more than 10 times must try until you get through. But what bothers me the most is that even if one accepts no more patients in one day. The answering machine is running but what if you just want to make an appointment. Do you have to go there personally? Could you introduce so that one presses a number key with z.b 1 is an emergency which is forwarded to another substitute physician. And Button 2 is an appointment that will then be forwarded to the staff at the counter and you can make out on the phone and not have to go there extra. Go to it anyway because it's awesome but you could change the other one.
B	Bettina Sonderegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super arzt und super lieb zu Kindern. Das einzige mit einem kranken Kind 1 stunde mind. warten mit Termkn ist einfach zu lange. Anslnste super nett. Super doctor and super nice to children. The only one with a sick child waiting at least 1 hour with Termkn is just too long. Initially super nice.

Wir wurden immer gut behandelt. I find this doctor very good and nice. He is very thorough and kind to the children. My big one is not afraid of him. We were always treated well.

Sehr gute, genaue Behandlungen und ein sehr lieber Umgang mit den Kids! Long waiting times despite the appointment, which is very tedious and uncomfortable for sick children. But this doctor is worth it! Very good, precise treatments and very nice interaction with the kids!
