Als ich mich dann persönlich beim Magistrat erkundigt habe, ob ich wirklich mit so wenig Tageslicht auskommen muss, damit ein Baum nicht gestutzt oder gefällt werden muss, erfuhr ich, was ich mir eh schon gedacht habe, dass in so einem Fall ein Baum auch mehr als 20 Prozent gestutzt oder sogar gefällt werden darf. GWG schneidet ein wenig die Hecken und das war es. Warte schon seit Wochen, dass ich endlich ohne elektrischem Licht am Tag leben kann. Update: Als ich Mitte August vom Urlaub kam, traute ich meinen Augen nicht. Der Baum war gestutzt. Ich brauche nun nicht nur kein elektrisches Licht mehr, sondern die Wohnung ist nun richtig hell. Die Vermieterin hat es geschafft, dass die GGW tätig wurde. Würde nun 2 Sterne vergeben. Service equal to 0. Employees sloppy and rude. Nur Floskeln und Ausreden und kein Versuch anstehende Probleme zu lösen, außer es ist Gefahr in Verzug ... Alte Hausverwalterin war sehr bemüht, Neuer macht meiner Meining und der meiner Nachbarn Dienst nach Vorschrift (oder ist so überarbeitet..). Jedenfalls hat es nicht den Anschein, dass die HVW, die ja von den Mietern und Eigentümern bezahlt wird, sich bei Problemen zuständig fühlt ... Beschwerden werden zwar höflich angenommen, aber das wars dann auch schon... I would immediately look for another property management, if I could! Only phrases and excuses and no attempt to solve upcoming problems, unless there is danger in arrears ... Old caretaker was very hard-working, Neuer makes my Meining and my neighbors service by regulation (or is so revised ..). Ansage und Musik sind akustisch schlecht abgestimmt und das Pfeifen im Song, bringt einen dazu sein Gehör zu verlieren, wenn man den Hörer nicht weglegt oder auflegt! Falls das der Sinn sein sollte, dann ist die Musik zielführend ... Please change the music or the tape for calls that end up in the queue! Außerdem war sie hoch motiviert, hat sich mit großem Engagement ins Zeug gelegt und war äußerst respektvoll. Ich bin überraschend zufrieden mit der Arbeit und das Engagement von Frau Ziri. Es sollte mehr so kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter geben. Ms. Susanne Ziri is a very dedicated and hardworking employee who has earned a significant praise for her high level of personal commitment. She was also highly motivated, went out of her way with great commitment and was extremely respectful. I am surprisingly satisfied with Ms. Ziri's work and commitment. There should be more such competent and friendly employees.

(betriebskostenabrechnung, leitungsschäden, diebstahlsaufklärung, müllprobleme konnten alle nicht geklärt werden). unfortunately never available (literally - even at the times that are mentioned in the tape announcement as office hours, the announcement is "you are calling outside of office hours" - it is really bizarre!). shift responsibility and are not even attempting to help. (utility billing, line damage, theft investigation, garbage problems could not be clarified).

Wollen sich um nix kümmern und am Ende ist man selber Schuld.Obwohl man ein Recht darauf hat. Traurig. Worst property management in Graz. Had many managements, but none was so unprofessional. Don't want to worry about anything and in the end it's your own fault. Although you have a right to it. Sad.

Versucht man es mit Durchwahl wird man nur zurück zur Telefonzentrale verbunden und irgendwann heißt es die Person ist plötzlich in ner Besprechung! Richtig schlimmer Service, wenn man nur versucht über eine freie Wohnung eine Auskunft zu erhalten!! So verarscht bin ich mich noch nirgends vorgekommen!!! Unfortunately not available!
