★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice creams was good,but the coffee was horrible,we asked them milk instead cream..and they were doubting what we r telling them,the glasses was smelling egg and the workers gave excuses that the smell is coming from the tap,while she smells it and she couldn't handle the smell... mistakes are fir happening,but at list they should accept and ask a simple sorry Instead being ignorance..I pleased them to bring me another coffee with out cream pls just small milk...and they brought me instead coffee and not cappuccino as was my order.. and of course I ll never go there again...not for the mistakes..but because they were very ignorant and they were doubting me while she couldn't smell the glass twice!!! So sorry for some shops owners...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the Hazelnut coup with Hazelnut, Bacio and Pistachio (without the hazelnut liqueur). I wouldn't call it the best gelateria in vienna, but it was still great. The amount of whole hazelnuts is perfekt! However we had to wait for about 20-25 min to get our ice-cream
