Super Anfänger Skilift mitten in Seefeld. Die Spazierwege führen direkt vorbei und zur Fußgängerzone ist es auch nicht weit entfernt.
Super beginner ski lift in the middle of Seefeld. The footpaths lead directly past and the pedestrian zone is not far away either.

The perfect place for ski beginners of all ages. Whether you are getting a private lesson or your kids are going to ski school (this is "Schischule Seefeld" home turf!), or you just want to get your ski legs back after a year away from the slopes, this great hill is perfect. There's an always-attended t-bar drag lift as well as a "magic carpet" which makes getting up easy for all. Complete beginners getting a private lesson from the school will also be able to go onto the kids area with rope drag and tiny hills to get your first introduction to skiing. There's a very popular "Snow Bar" at the base of the hill with plenty of Gluwein and Radler and also public toilets. Ski hire and general shopping all close at hand as you're near the centre of town. It's a real sun trap here, almost too warm when air temperatures are above freezing - that can mean the snow slushes up in the afternoon, so mornings are best if the temps are forecast to climb. For improvers, you can schuss from the top down into the valley and up again to the other Birkenlift side where there is a great "pipe" of a hill which is ideal for improving traverses and getting your parallel turns going. There's also a carpet and t-bar drag over there meaning you can get to each slope from the other, making it more interesting for improvers. All in all an excellent place to learn to ski. It can be busy when the ski school is in full swing - best to avoid the 10am chaos when all classes start, and also at 12pm when everyone is coming down for lunch!
