★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat sich sehr bemüht, nur das ich 4 Tage ohne warmes Wasser war ist etwas peinlich, davon abgesehen das für die Wartung ca. 240 € berechnet werden obwohl der Mann nur 500 Meter bis zu mir fahren muss und dann etwas aussagt, etwas Schrauben muss? Is schon eine Frechheit die rechnung.
Has tried very hard, only that I was 4 days without warm water is a bit embarrassing, apart from the fact that about 240 € are charged for maintenance although the man only has to drive 500 meters to me and then says something, something needs to be screwed? The bill is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch nach dem dritten mehrstündigen Reparaturversuch der im Neubau von der Firma GEG selbst installierten Fußbodenheizung funktioniert diese immer noch nicht. Bei max. 18.5 Grad (Dank Heizlüfter) in der Wohnung zu sitzen ist mäßig erfreulich.
Notdienst am Wochenende, ja nicht einmal telefonische Erreichbarkeit: Fehlanzeige.
Even after the third attempt to repair the underfloor heating installed in the new building by GEG itself, which lasted several hours, it still does not work. Sitting in the apartment at a maximum of 18.5 degrees (thanks to the fan heater) is moderately pleasant.
Emergency service at the weekend, not even available by phone: Nothing.
