★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Haus verfällt seit Jahren, ist total versifft und wird wohl bald abgerissen werden müssen. Das peinlichste ist, dass die Stadt noch eine Gedenktafel aufgestellt hat und dass die Bustouren als interessanten Ort darauf hinweisen.
The house has been falling into disrepair for years, it is totally filthy and will soon have to be demolished. The most embarrassing thing is that the city still put up a plaque and that the bus tours point it out as an interesting place.

The city of Graz should take care of this house !! It is a nice old building, but unfortunately very dirty. Instead of building other green spaces, please take care of it !!
