★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieferung war nicht zufriedenstellend. Schwere Kastenteile wurden nicht in den 2. Stock des Wohnhauses raufgetragen. Einfach bei Hauswand abgestellt. Musste dann extra Hilfe organisieren!!
Habe telefonisch reklamiert....und die Frau sagte einfach am Schluss" da kann ich auch nichts dafür....dass Kastenteile nicht raufgetragen wurden in2. Stock.....was der Fahrer hätte tun müssen". Thema durch.
Delivery was unsatisfactory. Heavy box parts were not carried up to the 2nd floor of the residential building. Simply parked at the house wall. Then had to organize extra help!!
I complained on the phone....and the woman simply said at the end "I can't help it....that parts of the box weren't carried up to the 2nd floor...which the driver should have done". topic through.
