★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir von dieser Firma einen Durchlauferhitzer tauschen lassen - und einfach nur Inkompetenz erlebt! Bis schlußendlich alle Mängel behoben waren vergingen knapp 6 Monate (!!). Da hatte ich auch schon Kalkablagerungen dank der mangelhaften Montage und einem rinnenden Wasserhahns....
Auf Emails antworten tun einem die Herrschaften sowieso nicht, erst nach dem dritten reminder sind sie dann eventuell so gnädig...
Keinesfalls wieder, Alternativen gibt es eh genug!
 I have had this company exchange a water heater - and just experienced incompetence! Until all the shortcomings were resolved, almost 6 months passed (!!). As I already had lime deposits thanks to the lack of installation and a running tap ....
Anyway, the gentlemen do not respond to emails, only after the third reminder they may be so gracious ...
In no case again, there are alternatives anyway!
