★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die jährliche Überprüfung durch den Rauchfangkehrer stand an. Der Rauchfangkehrer war sehr freundlich, hat seine Schritte erklärt und war eine angenehme Person. Er fragte nach einem Stuhl oder ob er auf den Badewannen Rand steigen dürfe, um bei der Therme was zu tun. Für mich zeigte das, er geht nicht plump vor sondern vergewissert sich was mir als Wohnungsmieterin recht ist. Was ich beobachten konnte, guter Service.
 The annual inspection by the chimney sweep was due. The chimney sweep was very friendly, explained his steps and was a pleasant person. He asked for a chair or if he could step on the edge of the bathtub to do something at the spa. For me, it showed that he doesn't act clumsily, but rather makes sure what is right for me as a tenant.
