Obwol ich zuhause anwesend war habe ich nur ein Zettel von der Firma bekommen das ich mir einen neuen Termin vereinbaren muss weil ich nicht zuhause war . Die Dame bei infolinie hat mir gesagt das ich den einscheinend verhört habe aber das kann nicht sein wenn zuhause keine Musik Leute und das nur ein Zimmer Wohnung ist! Bei dem neuen Termin muss ich jetzt draufzahlen weil die so unprofessionell sind ! Mit keiner anderen Firma hatte ich solche Probleme!
I already had the 3 appointment with them. Although I was present at home I just got a note from the company that I have to make a new appointment because I was not at home. The lady at infolinie told me that I have interrogated the apparent but that can not be when there is no music people at home and that is only a room apartment! At the new appointment I have to pay now because they are so unprofessional! With no other company I had such problems!
