★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Georg Bednar ist ein extrem unprofessioneller Makler. Nachdem ich den Maklervertrag unterschrieben hatte konnte ich ihn nicht mehr erreichen. Im Endeffekt musste ich durch Eigeninitiative herausfinden, dass die Wohnung an eine andere Person vergeben war, er wollte mir das nicht sagen. Außerdem behauptete er, dass die Hausverwaltung im Urlaub war, was aber nicht stimmte.
 Georg Bednar is an extremely unprofessional broker. After I had signed the brokerage contract, I could no longer reach him. In the end, I had to find out on my own initiative that the apartment was given to someone else, he didn't want to tell me. He also claimed that the property manager was on vacation, which was not true.
