B	Bart van Andel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, warm atmosphere, good food, very friendly personnel and right in the center of Sankt Johann in Tirol. Just about the whole town can easily be reached on foot, including the main lift to the skiing slopes!

J	Jon Wilkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Clean and simple.. typical Austrian, Alpine, Tyrolean feel. The hotel is old.. dating from the 1600's. But still has contemporary elements. The square in which the hotel is located is very central and the train station is an easy walk. The food is lovely and you'll get the chance to sample some good Austrian dishes. On the downside it feels like the passion for the business is lost. The hotel bar offers no excitement, often closing early due to drawing in few or no custom from the street. The hotel opposite has candles outside.. a modern well lit bar area with far more ambiance. The coffee shop Eggars also in the square is open until midnight and the perfect place for a coffee, brandy and quiet read of your favourite magazine ?
D	Deborah Hiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little hotel. Spacious room. Clean, and cleaned every day. Good quality food. Nice bar. Cheaper than some of the other hotel bars. Friendly staff. Lovely looking building with interesting full height mural on the front of it. Good location in the middle of a pedestrianised shopping area. A few minutes' walk from the bus stop for the main gondola. Or a 15 minute walk to the gondola itself. The only drawback is the lack of a lift, but this is a historic building and so a lift would be unexpected.
