★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice family hotel with good atmosphere and fantastic service. We went there on an "all inclusive" deal for a skiing vacation. After the first day, the service knew what we preferred to drink and had it ready for us as soon as we sat down. The food is made with locally produced ingredients and you get plenty of it. It is Austrian cuisine - classical and the the heavy side. Fantastic taste!
The rooms are a bit old but very cosy. Beds are good and everything is clean. We had a bad smell from the toilet, but that seems to be due to lack of good ventilation in that particular room. There are plenty of things to do nearby and you have free access to a curling room (not curling with stones, but with some traditionally Austrian wood thingies). Also plenty of nice walks, cross-country skiing and downhill options.
I woulld go back to this place if I ever get the chance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Austrian building which is very clean. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much for them to do. The food is traditional Austrian food and you get plenty of it. There is an outside seating area for relaxing with a beer on a warm summers evening. The room rates are reasonable and seem good value for money.
