Gasthof-Hotel Sonne - Silvretta Str. 5

Komme seit Jahren hierher gerade zur Silvretta Classic. Jedes Gericht lecker, der Kellner, seit Jahren dort einfach top. Draußen wie drinnen sehr gemütlich. Alle sind immer gut drauf und haben ein offenes Ohr bzw. Wünsche werden schon von selbst erkannt. Toll, weiter so.

Super Essen und eine tolle Atmosphäre. Einer der schönsten Abende seid langem. Absolut empfehlenswert . Danke für den tollen Service. Der Abend wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Service, Gastfreundlichkeit, Essen HP mit vier Gängen sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Alles sehr sehr sauber. Sehr familiär und herzlich. Spitzen Anbindung zum Skigebiet mit dem Bus direkt vor der Haustüre. Wünsche werden stets erfüllt.

Good coffee great service

There were four of us. Our drinks arrived quickly however incomplete. We ordered our meal and waited and waited and waited. It was very hard to capture the staff attention as we wanted to know where our order was up to. We waited for an hour until someone finally dared talking to us. We politely asked whether the chef was still hunting for the pigs....and the waitress answered that there was only two chefs and the kitchen had difficulties keeping up . That is fine customers can hear that but talk to people , let them know , refuse more people at the door when they ask if there is a table, look after your customers .this is part of hospitality services. The desert , before ordering we asked if it would take as long as the main meal. The waitress answered there would be no issue as the apfel strudel was already ready. 30min to arrive ! 30min to reheat an apfel strudel. We spent three hours there and every single step of the way it was hard , even paying !!! while we were paying , we got offered schnaps by one of the staff. We refused them as we would have expected to be offered them at the table since we were at the table for 3 hours!!! Plenty of time then not when people are on their way out with their jacket on ! Very disapointing as we left feeling like reeped off and not considered at all.
