M	Michael Kiefer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren bzw. sind im Moment noch Gäste des "Charlets". Einer günstigeren Version des Hotels im Nebengebäude mit Selbstverpflegung. Grundsätzlich alles sauber und gut. Teil des Angebots ist, dass man für € 10 pP. ab 18 Uhr den Wellnessbereich nutzen darf. Eine gute Sache für Skifahrer die sowieso den ganzen Tag auf dem Berg sind. Allerdings dringend eigene Bademäntel mitnehmen! Diese bekommt man auch auf Nachfrage nicht weil man (Zitat) "nur 10 Euro gezahlt hat". Ja ich sehe auch das das sehr günstig ist, jedoch als Gast 2. Klasse möchte ich deswegen auch nicht behandelt werden. Bitte liebe Hotelbetreiber: - Entweder den Preis so berechnen das auch ein Bademantel mit drin ist und man nicht wie der Depp da rum läuft - oder kostenpflichtige Bademäntel bereit stellen - oder den Gästen des "Charlets" den Zugang zum Wellness nicht anbieten Auf jeden Fall ist der Umgang sehr unpassend. We were or are still guests of the "Charlets". A cheaper version of the self catering annex hotel. Basically everything clean and good. Part of the offer is that for €10 pp. from 6 p.m. can use the wellness area. A good thing for skiers who are on the mountain all day anyway. However, urgently bring your own bathrobes! You don't get this when you ask because you (quote) "only paid 10 euros". Yes, I also see that this is very cheap, but I don't want to be treated as a 2nd class guest for that reason. Please dear hotel operators: - Either calculate the price so that a bathrobe is included and you don't walk around like a fool - or provide bathrobes for a fee - or not offer the guests of the "Charlet" access to the wellness In any case, the handling is very inappropriate.

Beim Abendessen kommt man voll auf seine kosten und man kann den Abend sehr schön ausklingen lassen. Der SPA Bereich ist Luxuriös und es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Innen und außen Pool sowie Dampfbad und Sauna sehr schön. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft wo Sie kennen. Ein grandioses entspanntes Wochenende The hotel was excellent. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. At dinner you get your money's worth and you can end the evening very nicely. The SPA area is luxurious and there is nothing to complain about. Inside and outside pool as well as steam bath and sauna very nice. The staff is super friendly and will help where you know. A great relaxing weekend
