Die Zimmer und auch das Bad sind relativ klein, aber extrem sauber gehalten und völlig ausreichend. Es gibt ein deftiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Gebäck, Wurst, Schinken, Käse und Frühstückseiern, aber auch Zerealien und noch einiges mehr. Die super-nette Chefin kümmert sich um alle Anliegen, Spezialwünsche werden rasch erfüllt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Sommerrodelbahn ist in Gehweite, auch ins Zentrum von Lienz sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad gibt es guten Anschluss an die wichtigsten Radwege rund um Lienz. Einen Negativ-Punkt gibt es allerdings: Es gibt kein W-Lan in den Zimmern... Very well maintained house, 600! Years old, still worth a visit! The rooms and the bathroom are relatively small, but extremely clean and completely adequate. There is a hearty breakfast buffet with fresh pastries, sausage, ham, cheese and eggs, but also cereals and much more. The super-nice boss takes care of all concerns, special requests are fulfilled quickly. The location is very good, the summer toboggan run is within walking distance, also in the center of Lienz it is only a few minutes walk. By bike there is good access to the main cycle paths around Lienz. There is a negative point, however: There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms ...

Sehr tolles und ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet; für jeden das Passende dabei. Ich bin heuer schon das 32. Mal und mein Mann das 21. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und kommen bestimmt noch viele Jahre gerne her. Am Besten selbst von der Gemütlichkeit überzeugen. Very nice holiday accommodation. Very nice reception from the hostess Ms. Baumgartner. Very nice and nice rooms. Very nice and extensive breakfast buffet; the right thing for everyone. This year I am the 32nd time and my husband the 21st time in this accommodation and will certainly come here for many years. Convince yourself of the comfort.

Zimmer gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. (WC , Dusche,TV, und schöner Aussicht ). Das gute Frühstücksbuffet sollte nicht vergessen werden. Einfach köstlich! Na neugierig geworden? So soll es sein. Einfach Buchen und Testen. Very nice guest house with a friendly owner, every wish will be fulfilled if possible. Rooms well equipped, with everything you need for a vacation. (Toilet, shower, TV, and a beautiful view). The good breakfast buffet should not be forgotten. Simply delicious! Are you curious? That's how it should be. Simply book and test.

Ms. Baumgartner received me very friendly, despite my late arrival. The room and the price were very good. I would book again at any time.

Ms. Helene the owner goes out of her way every time to make us and all her guests comfortable and happy. It is wonderfully located in downtown Lienz. Breakfasts are delightful. Rooms are quiet, clean, and with wonderful views. Stay here once and you will always come back!
