★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich liebe dieses Gasthaus! Wenn ich in der Nähe bin lasse ich es mir nie nehmen, im Auerhahn einzugehen.
Das Haus ist ein Familienbetrieb und das sieht, fühlt und schmeckt man.
Service und Küche sind wirklich grandios, es wird regional, saisonal gekocht und Wirt und Wirtin ein eingespieltes Team.
Ich würde 6 Sterne geben wenn das möglich wäre.
 I love this inn! When I'm around I never let go of the grouse.
The house is family run and you can see, feel and taste it.
The service and kitchen are really terrific, regional, seasonal cooking and the landlord and landlady are a well-coordinated team.
I would give 6 stars if that were possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Besuch ist ein Kulinarisches Highlight! Dieses Gasthaus ist der Ort der Liebe! Ich habe dort meine Hochzeit gefeiert und eine meiner allerbesten Freundinnen bekam im Gasthaus Auerhahn einen Heiratsantrag! Die Kreativität des Wirts/Kochs und die Herzlichkeit der Wirtin lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ich kann nicht sagen ob es am einmaligen und köstlichen Essen oder an der Atmosphäre liegt, dieser Ort ist einfach magisch!
The visit is a culinary highlight! This inn is the place of love! I celebrated my wedding there and one of my very best friends got a marriage proposal at the Auerhahn Inn! The creativity of the host / cook and the warmth of the landlady leave nothing to be desired! I can't say if it's the unique and delicious food or the atmosphere, this place is just magical!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines Familienrestaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Leckere Speisen - besonders die Frittatensuppe. Das war nach den ganzem Tag in Bergen die beste Möglichkeit, wie man die Energie nachfüllen kann :)
A small family restaurant with very friendly staff. Delicious dishes - especially the fried potato soup. After a whole day in Bergen that was the best way to top up your energy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein willkommener Zwischenstopp auf einer Wanderung durch die Weltkulturerbe Gegend rund um den Semmering. Die Gaststätte ist rustikal und sauber. Der Gasthaus Hund ? ruhig und friedlich. Ich hatte das SpezialCordonBleu mit Pommes Frites. Es war gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich und die 3G Regeln wurden korrekt umgesetzt.
A welcome stopover on a hike through the world cultural heritage area around Semmering. The restaurant is rustic and clean. The Gasthaus Hund ? calm and peaceful. I had the special cordon bleu with french fries. It was good. The service was friendly and the 3G rules were implemented correctly.
