I tried schnitzel and tartar, the first one it was very delicious but the tartar not very good.
The wines that the waitress gave to us was delicious.
I appreciate the atmosphere in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will recommend this restaurant to everybody visiting Vienna. For me, it is one of the best restaurants in thw city. The food was delicious, I tried the goose and it was perfect. Very friendly staff. It is a bit busy but the kitchen is open until late, however maybe is better to book in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read up about the Gasthaus prior to our visit, we went straight here from the airport. After the mid-level stress of travelling during these Covid times, booking dinner here really made our day and was the perfect introduction to Vienna.
The food was delicious (we ordered Weiner Schnitzel and the bone marrow), the service impeccable (despite our pidgin German), and the setting wonderful.
