C	Christian Gröbl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gehe sehr gerne zum Kraus essen, weil das Essen wirklich gut und die Speisekarte abwechslungsreich ist. Bei der Freundlichkeit von manchen Kellnern könnte man aber mal eine Nachschulung machen. Auch sind mir schon des Öfteren Abstimmungsprobleme zw. den einzelnen Kellner aufgefallen: Der eine sagt ein Salat wäre bei der Hauptspeise dabei, der andere setzt ihn aber auf die Rechnung. Der eine nimmt die Bestellung der Roten Rübenknödel auf, der andere bringt ohne ein Wort zu sagen dass sie leider aus sind, einfach ohne Entschuldigung Spinatknödel. Sowas geht nicht. Super finde ich, dass man jetzt endlich mit karte bezahlen kann! I love going to Kraus Essen because the food is really good and the menu is varied. With the friendliness of some of the waiters you could do a follow-up training. I have also often noticed coordination problems between the individual waiters: One says a salad is included with the main course, but the other puts it on the bill. One takes the order for the red beet dumplings, the other brings spinach dumplings without saying a word that unfortunately they are gone. That doesn't work. I think it's great that you can finally pay by card!
k	karl lockauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nettes Personal, rasche Bedienung. Schoko-Mohntorte war sehr lecker und auch der Kaffee war dazu in Ordnung. Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen da man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, wobei gerade in diesen schwierigen Zeiten sehr darauf hingewiesen wird. Man sollte vielleicht schon beim Eintreffen darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Ansonsten alles okay ?? Very nice staff, quick service. Chocolate poppy cake was very tasty and the coffee was okay too. Unfortunately, I have to subtract one star because you cannot pay by card, although this is pointed out very much in these difficult times. Perhaps you should be made aware of this when you arrive. Otherwise everything is okay ??

A very pleasant lunch. Covid 19: at the entrance the inoculation status is checked (perfect) and a form for tracing is provided and collected.
