Aber Suppen (Fritatten und Kaspressknödel), Wienerschnitzel mit perfekten Petersielkartoffeln waren hervorragend. Lediglich der gemischte Salat könnte mehr saisonale verfügbare frische Produkte beinhalten. Toll finde ich die frische Zubereitung aller Gerichte, die kurzen Wartezeiten und die Portionsgrößen sowie der moderaten Preisen. Lobenswert ist auch der Einkauf der Produkte von Herstellern aus der Umgebung.
Cozy, familiar restaurant with a very friendly boss. Menu very "clear". But soups (fries and cheese dumplings), Wienerschnitzel with perfect parsley potatoes were excellent. Only the mixed salad could contain more seasonal fresh produce. I think the fresh preparation of all dishes, the short waiting times and the portion sizes as well as the moderate prices are great. Purchasing products from local manufacturers is also commendable.
