Best Restaurant in austria

V	Valeria Atamanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something you won’t expect from such a touristic spot - good food quality, fast and high level service, wide selection and cozy atmosphere. It is not too expensive either! Very convenient location for those who walked all the way from the train station through the Main Street up to the main attraction - gold roof.
V	Vesela Kavroshilova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a tourist place with a great location in the old city. Both service and food were OK. Nothing special but OK. The traditional dessert with apple and vanilla cream was nice. Highly recommend the Zillertal Weis bear. It is a must!

C	Claire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Kaiserschmarrn I've ever had! Fluffy and light, and not too eggy. It's a really elegant and modern space after the renovation. Very pleasant to spend a quiet afternoon in.

This restaurant has been always very authentic, sharp prices, friendly staff and most of all: very very very good local Austrian food. I must be honest: The new renovation looks very cool and hip! But…the prices, food, new management and staff are very bad. I’m sorry for my wording, but it’s really not well. I talked to friends living in Innsbruck and they confirmed that a lot of local inhabitants confirm the above. Again: The place looks cool and hip, but in terms of prices, food, management and staff it’s not wort it anymore. Note: I visited three times in a three month period when the renovation and new management took place and all three times I had the above experience.

I’ve been there 3 times and every time is the same, the blonde lady behind the bar is not friendly at all, I actually believe she hate customers. The restaurant most of the time has empty table and they will turn customers way, which I believe just someone crazy would do a such think. With in regards vegan and veggie option, for god sake you are in Austria, every dish will have pork or beef. I think if they improve the service, have some friendly, smiling staff the place would be amazing.

Good for family and people that want great Austrian food. I come every year in Innsbruck, I never went to this place, now I m coming back.
