★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Kaiserschmarrn, Schnitzel mit Pommes ebenfalls OK. Champignonrahmschnitzel leider mit Dosenpilzen. Alles in allem OK für ein Mittagessen auf der Durchreise. Viel weniger los als im Restaurant unten an der Passstraße.
Good Kaiserschmarrn, schnitzel with fries also OK. Mushroom cream schnitzel unfortunately with canned mushrooms. All in all OK for a lunch in transit. Much less busy than in the restaurant down on the pass road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren nur 1 x zum Mittagessen dort - auf unserer Heimreise von Italien hier durchgekommen.
Dieses eine Mal war auch genau 1x zuviel!
Leider haben wir miserabel gegessen (ururalter matschiger Beilagensalat vom Vortag - so schmeckte er) und dann wurde für einen gewünschten "Klecks" Preiselbeeren zum (einigermassen passablen) Wiener Schnitzel zusätzlich 3,90 € berechnet!!! Ein Löffel Preiselbeeren gehört normal zu einem Schnitzel dazu.
Auch vom Salatteller mit Pute war nur das Putenfleisch einigermaßen genießbar, der Salat selbst (völlig matschiger Blattsalat, matschige Tomaten und alter Kartoffelsalat) schwamm zentimeterdick in rosafarbener undefinierbarer Flüssigkeit und ging unangetastet zurück.
Dass man sich bei der Rechnung dann noch um 2,00 € zu unseren Ungunsten verrechnet hat, passt zur Abrundung dazu. Wir unterstellen hier keine Absicht - das kann mal passieren, sollte aber nicht.
Wir fühlten uns bei diesem Aufenthalt jedenfalls über den Tisch gezogen. Schade!
We were only there once for lunch - on our way home from Italy we got through here.
This time was exactly 1x too much!
Unfortunately we ate miserably (age-old mushy side salad from the day before - that was how it tasted) and then for a desired "blob" cranberries for the (reasonably passable) Wiener Schnitzel was charged an additional € 3.90 !!! A spoonful of cranberries is normally part of a schnitzel.
Even from the salad plate with turkey, only the turkey meat was reasonably edible; the salad itself (completely mushy leaf lettuce, mushy tomatoes and old potato salad) swam a centimeter thick in pink, indefinable liquid and went back intact.
The fact that the invoice was then charged to our disadvantage for € 2.00 fits the rounding off. We assume no intention here - this can happen, but should not.
Anyway, we felt ripped off during this stay. Pity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kathi is een vrouw die de tijd voor je neemt en je alle ins en outs in de buurt kan vertellen. De bedden zijn prima en het eten is ruimvoldoende en goed. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niks op aan te merken.....en het uitzicht..... In 1 woord GE-WEL-DIG!
Very friendly staff. Kathi is a woman who takes the time for you and can tell you all the ins and outs in the area. The beds are fine and the food is ample and good. Price quality ratio is nothing to complain about ..... and the view ..... In one word GREAT!
