Traudi war eine sehr nette Vermieterin, hat mir Fragen zur Gegend bei einem Glas Wein beantwortet, Wandertouren vorgeschlagen und ist gemeinsam mit mir und einem anderen Gast auf Wandertour gegangen. Und auch die Wohngegend war traumhaft! Von meinem Zimmer hatte ich einen wunderschönen Blick hinunter ins Tal und auf sämtliche Berge! Und Innsbruck war in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Frühstück unglaublich lecker, mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten. Ich würde das Gästehaus immer wieder auswählen und kann es jedem empfehlen, der Urlaub in einer ruhigen aber dennoch zentralen Gegend machen möchte! Ich freu mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort! I spent six days in the guest house. Traudi was a very nice landlady, answered questions about the area over a glass of wine, suggested hiking tours and went on a hiking tour with me and another guest. And the residential area was also fantastic! From my room I had a wonderful view down into the valley and all the mountains! And Innsbruck was reached in a few minutes. The accommodation was very clean and the breakfast was incredibly tasty, with homemade specialties. I would choose the guest house again and again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet but central area! I'm looking forward to my next stay there!
H	Heiko R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Gästehaus Schwaninger. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die ganze Zeit ausgiebig umsorgt. Die Zimmer und das Haus laden zum Wohlfühlen ein und passen perfekt in die traumhafte Berglandschaft der Axamer Lizum. Das reichhaltige Frühstück mit frischem Kaffee und verschiedenen Aufstrichen und Brötchen konnten wir im gemütlichen Frühstücksraum genießen. Das Gästehaus ist ein perfekter Startpunkt für Wanderausflüge im Sommer und Skifahren im Winter. Wir fühlten uns bei Traudi nicht als Gäste, sondern eher wie bei Freunden untergebracht. Bei einem gemeinsamen Gläschen Wein oder Bier konnte man mit ihr auch den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kerstin und Heiko We had a perfect stay at the Schwaninger guesthouse. We were warmly welcomed and thoroughly looked after all the time. The rooms and the house invite you to relax and fit perfectly into the dreamy mountain landscape of the Axamer Lizum. We were able to enjoy the rich breakfast with fresh coffee and various spreads and rolls in the cozy breakfast room. The guest house is a perfect starting point for hiking trips in summer and skiing in winter. At Traudi we didn't feel like guests, but rather like staying with friends. With a joint glass of wine or beer you could end the evening comfortably with her. We would love to come back! Kerstin and Heiko
T	Tim Achenbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren über Fastnacht für drei Nächte im Gästehaus Schwaninger. Die Lage ist ruhig und einfach super! Man ist schnell in Innsbruck und sogar noch schneller im Skigebiet Axamer Lizum (ca. 5 min). In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses gibt es Bushaltestellen in beide Richtungen. Vom Balkon hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht über das Inntal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich und es gibt alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist äußerst umfangreich und Frau Schwaninger ist auch immer mal für eine Überraschung gut (danke für den leckeren Kuchen:). Der üppig ausgestattete Aufenthaltsraum hat uns persönlich am positivsten überrascht, da dieser mit Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, (gefülltem) Kühlschrank und einem SAT-TV kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Alles in Allem eine tolles Gästehaus und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Tag auf dem Berg. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Stayed at the Schwaninger guesthouse for three nights over Carnival. The location is quiet and just great! It's quick to get to Innsbruck and even faster to the Axamer Lizum ski area (approx. 5 minutes). There are bus stops in both directions in the immediate vicinity of the house. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the Inn valley. The rooms are clean and cozy and there is everything you need. The breakfast is extremely extensive and Ms. Schwaninger is always good for a surprise (thanks for the delicious cake :). The lavishly equipped common room surprised us the most positively, as it leaves little to be desired with a fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, dishes, (full) refrigerator and satellite TV. All in all a great guest house and a great starting point for a day on the mountain. Would come again anytime!

Traumhafte Lage mit einem grandiosen Blick ins Tal, fünf Minuten bis ins Skigebiet (Lizum), 25 Minuten nach Innsbruck und einer super netten Vermieterin . Das Zimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Frau Schwaninger hat jeden Tag ein reichhaltiges und sehr gutes Frühstück vorbereitet, die perfekte Basis für einen Tag auf dem Berg. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Spent three nights in the Schwaninger guesthouse. Fantastic location with a magnificent view of the valley, five minutes to the ski area (Lizum), 25 minutes to Innsbruck and a super nice landlady. The room was adequately equipped and very comfortable. Ms. Schwaninger has prepared a rich and very good breakfast every day, the perfect basis for a day on the mountain. I can only recommend it.

Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt und so wie es sein soll. Schöne Zimmer, exzellentes Frühstück, ein herrlicher Ausblick und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wandertouren. Dazu nette Gespräche, Tipps und Tricks von Traudi und dem Rest der Gastgeberfamilie. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal und kann das Gästehaus Schwaninger jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen. #owo For the second time I could enjoy the hospitality and the wonderful idyll in the guest house Schwaninger. Everything is perfect and as it should be. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, a wonderful view and an ideal starting point for hiking tours. Das Panorama ist traumhaft schön. Highlight war das Essen aus dem Steinofen. Werde definitiv wieder kommen, volle Empfehlung! Super sympathetic host family, responds individually to each guest. Great breakfast (from the juice to cheese everything from the region). The panorama is wonderful. The highlight was the food from the stone oven. Will definitely come again, full recommendation!

Excellent hospitality, cordial, very friendly, very kind people. There are no words. I felt that I knew them from years. The rooms and everything were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast, benefits, all plentiful and excellent. The "Gästehaus Schwaninger" is a lovely traditional building, according to the traditional architecture of the houses in Tirol. Located in a very quiet place, in an idyllic position of the Austrian Alps, very close to the traditional villages of Tirol, near the amazing Innsbruck. Also, in a short distance, is the famous ski resort of Axamer Lizum. I can not wait to visit it again with my family. There are so many more good things to write!
