★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer sehr nette Pension wenn man in der Nähe ist. Ich bin immer nur kurz geblieben (Wochenende), kann daher keine Aussage über längere Aufenthalte geben, aber über die Jahre immer ein nettes Haus gewesen, in dessen Zimmern stets alles in Ordnung war.
Always very nice pension if you are nearby. I have always stayed short (weekend), so can not comment on longer stays, but over the years has always been a nice house, in whose rooms everything was alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an experience I would not like to repeat. The host is a nasty, unpleasant and money-grabbing creature who clearly posseses no empathy or manners. After informing him at least 9 hours before our arrival that our flight from the UK had been cancelled, apologising profusely and letting him know we would arrive between 11-12 pm instead of 9-10 pm we were greeted by an angry very rude host demanding immediate cash payment.
Not only was his behaviour unacceptable but, on drawing the duvet cover back we found pubic hairs and nails on the bedding. No bedside lamps, no tea or coffee and felt uncomfortable like we should not have been there... mmmm.. and thats paying 79 euro. awful! dont go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. Clean, comfortable rooms, great location and offers a beautiful view over Maria Saal and Ulrichsberg. There is also a nice garden and pool. Host is a charming elder gentleman who takes great pride in his business.
