E	Erich G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen am späten Nachmittag im Gästehaus Golker an, das wir 5 Tage vorher per E-Mail gebucht hatten. Nach einiger Zeit kam eine Frau, wir nehmen an es war Frau Moises, und wusste von keiner Reservierung. Als ihr meine Frau die von Frau Moises bestätigte Buchung per E-Mail zeigte, wurden wir harsch des Hauses verwiesen. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. We arrived late afternoon at the Golker guest house which we had booked by email 5 days before. After a while a woman came, we assume it was Mrs. Moises, and didn't know about any reservation. When my wife showed her the booking confirmed by Ms. Moises by email, we were harshly expelled from the house. We have never experienced anything like this.

Auf Nachfrage wurde auch nicht nachgebessert oder das Problem behoben und unfreundlich reagiert. Das Frühstück ist ganz okay. Leider nur 1 Stern da die Mängel nicht behoben wurden, Bzw auch keine Ambitionen es zu versuchen gezeigt wurde. We were there for a ski holiday for 1 week. Unfortunately, our heating only ran for 2 hours a day - and that in winter! No chance for ski clothes to dry. When asked, no improvements were made or the problem was resolved and the response was unfriendly. Breakfast is okay. Unfortunately only 1 star because the deficiencies were not corrected, and no ambitions to try it were shown.
M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette und höfliche Gastgeber. Das Zimmer sauber und einladend. Beim Frühstück alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend gelegen. Vom Bahnhof als auch zur Felsentherme ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Very nice and polite hosts. The room clean and welcoming. Everything you need for breakfast. The location is excellent. About 5 minutes from the train station and the Felsentherme.

Jest ciepła woda i ciepło w pokoju, Stan łazienki ocenicie sami ? Nie można płacić kartą to niespodzianka ! . No dryer for ski boots, No soap, one vial of shampoo a week is probably a joke, It is different with the parking lot With access, it sprinkles poorly like snow Normal breakfast minimum approx Cleaning ok, it was but it has changed, Generally the minimum is ok with a small downside. There is warm water and warmth in the room, Can you judge the condition of the bathroom yourself? Unable to pay by card is a surprise! .
