Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet - wir haben es sehr genossen, am Balkon zu frühstücken! Erwähnenswert ist, dass die Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine vom Haus zu Verfügung gestellt werden! Ich kann dieses Gästehaus sehr empfehlen!!.
M	Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundlich am Telefon gewesen. Eine sehr unangenehme Situation: Ich wollte zum Wörthersee treffen die Unterkunft buchen, hatte diesbezüglich eine Frage. Nachdem ich die Nummer gewählt hatte, welche auf Google stand, ist ein älterer Herr an das Telefon , der mich unfreundlich angeschnauzt hat, warum ich schon wieder anrufe. Nachdem ich ihm erklärt hatte, dass ich das erste mal anrufe, hatte er eingelenkt und darauf verwiesen, dass die Chefin (Tochter) um 15 Uhr da ist. Mein Anruf um 15 Uhr erfolgte, wo wieder der ältere Herr ans Telefon ging. Er musste erst mal 5 Minuten die Tochter suchen. Bei der Übergabe des Telefons hat er sich bei der Tochter beschwert, dass ich ihn penetrant angerufen habe. Die Begrüßung der Tochter war, dann dementsprechend herzlich. Sie schnauzte mich an, warum ich ihn belästige und nicht auf der Handynummer anrufe, welche auf Booking hinterlegt war, die ich aber nicht gesehen habe, da ich ja über Google das Objekt angerufen hatte. Jetzt musste ich mich erst mal rechtfertigen und ihr erklären, was denn mein Anliegen ist. Im Gespräch kam deutlich heraus, dass Leute die zum GTI treffen oder ähnliches nicht dort gewünscht sind. Freundlichkeit wird definitiv anders definiert. Absolutely rude on the phone. A very unpleasant situation: I wanted to book the accommodation for the Wörthersee meeting, but had a question about it. After I dialed the number that was on Google, an elderly man answered the phone and yelled at me in an unfriendly way why I was calling again. After I had explained to him that I would call for the first time, he gave in and pointed out that the boss (daughter) would be there at 3 p.m. My call came at 3 p.m., when the older man answered the phone again. He first had to look for the daughter for 5 minutes. When he handed over the phone, he complained to the daughter that I had called him insistently. The greeting of the daughter was then accordingly warm. She snapped at me why I was bothering him and not calling the cell phone number that was stored on Booking, but which I did not see because I had called the property via Google. Now I had to justify myself and explain to her what my concern is. In the conversation it became clear that people who meet at the GTI or the like are not wanted there. Friendliness is definitely defined differently.
