Very centrally located and therefore a bit noisy. Breakfast in a small room a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise large apartment and everything is fine.

Ich fahr jetzt schon seit fast 8 Jahren an den Wörthersee, die dritte Pension und ich will nie wieder wo anders hin. Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer auf Wunsch mit Frühstück und der Ortskern von Velden ist Quasi direkt nebenan. Wie gesagt, besser geht’s nicht???? Perfect location and the best hostess you could ask for! I have been riding the Wörthersee for almost 8 years, the third pension and I never want to go anywhere else again. Very clean and well-equipped rooms on request with breakfast and the center of Velden is quasi right next door. As I said, it can not be better????
A	Austria Amico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Gästehaus Gertrude. Das Appartement war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küche inkl. Kühlschrank, TV, Balkon mit seitlichem Seeblick und einem tollen Hof mit Carport, wo man seinen nummerierten Privatparkplatz hat. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, wir haben uns gerne mit ihr unterhalten. Sie gibt super Tipps für Ausflüge und ist auch sonst sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral, es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Zentrum von Velden. Etwas störend fanden wir die lauten Motorräder, die Tags wie auch Nachts vorbeibrettern. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts. Wir können das Gästehaus Gertrude nur empfehlen! We felt very comfortable in the guesthouse Gertrude. The apartment was large, clean and very well equipped with kitchen incl. Fridge, TV, balcony with side lake view and a great yard with carport, where you have his numbered private parking. The owner is very friendly and sympathetic, we enjoyed talking to her. She gives great tips for trips and is otherwise very accommodating and helpful. The location is central, it is only a few steps to the center of Velden. Somewhat annoying we found the loud motorbikes, the tags as well as night rush by. But the accommodation can not do anything. We can only recommend the guesthouse Gertrude!
_	_t_lx_ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Apartment befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum Velden entfernt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es steht ein eigener Balkon zur Verfügung und eine große Terrasse mit Sonnenliegen können auch in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Apartment zum Wohlfühlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder :-) The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the center of Velden. The whole area is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. There is a private balcony and a large terrace with sun loungers can also be used. The hostess is very nice and helpful. An apartment to feel good. We are happy to come back :-)

Es wird stets auf die Reinlichkeit der Zimmer und App. geachtet. Wir haben in einem Appartement gewohnt und der tolle Service kommt einem Hotel gleich! Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin mit Leidenschaft und Herz dabei ist. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!!! :) A very great and central accommodation at affordable prices. The carport is also great (where else is there?) It is always the cleanliness of the room and app. respected. We stayed in an apartment and the great service is like a hotel! You can tell that the hostess is there with passion and heart. We had a great vacation and would love to come back again! :)

Alles genial einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Inhaberin Silvia ist ein absolutes Original, die wir über die Jahre wirklich lieb gewonnen haben. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Top! Top! Top! Liebe Grüße Tobias und Veronika My wife and I discovered the Gästehaus Gertrude by chance during our Euro2008 trip to Velden. 13 years later we have been back ten times in this very beautiful and well-kept guest house in the middle of the center of Velden! Everything is ingeniously easy to reach on foot. The owner Silvia is also an absolute original who we have really come to love over the years. Unreserved recommendation! Top! Top! Wir kommen hier gerne wieder her, da einfach das Gesamtpaket super ist. Auch der Preis der Übernachtung ist für Velden absolut in Ordnung. If you are looking for accommodation in Velden, this is the right place for you. Super hostess and location for excursions also perfect. We like to come back here because the overall package is simply great. The price of the overnight stay is also absolutely okay for Velden.
