Nachdem wir es mehrfach probiert hatten, und die Schuhe immer noch massiv drückten, wollten wir sie zurückgeben. Das sei nicht möglich, und dass uns die Verkäuferin zu enge Schuhe angedreht hatte, war der nächsten Verkäuferin egal. NIE WIEDER Gea. Die Sandalen von Humanik passen nun perfekt und das von der ersten Sekunde an. The saleswoman turned us too tight sandals (although our son was already crying in the shop). Danach wurde mir eine Einlagsohle verkauft, die es jetzt wirklich passend machen würde, das liege nur an Millimetern. Ich trug die Schuhe probeweise 3-4 Tage mit Pausen dazwischen, da ich hinten völlig aufgerieben war, aber dem Verkäufer Glauben schenken wollte. Die Schuhe waren aber tatsächlich etwa 1.5 Nummern zu groß. Danach ging ich mit Rechnung zum Geschäft, weder wurde mir der teure Schuh rückerstattet noch ein Rabatt gewährt!! Was ist das für ein Umgang mit Kunden... At first, a shoe too big was sold to me as "perfectly fitting". After a day I came into the shop because the shoe was way too big for me.
