Erst durch die endlose Auswahl an Pflanzen spazieren, neues lernen, die wichtigen Erklärungen durchlesen und dann noch auf einen guten Kaffee mit noch besserer Mehlspeise. Great, like always. The ideal Sunday pleasure. First stroll through the endless selection of plants, learn new things, read through the important explanations and then have a good coffee with even better pastries.

ABER... keine Mitarbeiter auf der Fläche zu finden - hier läuft man mal eine Zeit im Kreis - ein Mitarbeiter war recht freundlichen, die zweite Damen dann leider weit davon entfernt! Wir haben am Samstag einen Baum gekauft.. für die Lieferung haben Sie gleich mal knapp EUR 100,- verlangt... der Baum wurde am darauffolgenden Donnerstag von der Spedition abgeholt - die Spedition hat uns dann am Freitag angerufen und die Lieferung für Montag (also in Summe eine Woche später) zwischen 09:30-14:00 Uhr festgelegt (kein Spielraum möglich)... es wurde gesagt, man würde 45 Min. vorher angerufen - 20 Min. vor dem Eintreffen erfährt man, dass der Baum gleich geliefert und am Gehsteig abgestellt wird - der Baum wird also nicht in die Wohnung/Terrasse geliefert - wir sprechen hier von 36 Kg.! Der Baum war unter anderem in Plastik eingewickelt - wohl gemerkt komplett und vermutlich seit Donnerstag... mehr muss ich wohl nicht mehr dazu schreiben... NULL KOMMUNIKATION, TEURE LIEFERUNG für NULL SERVICE! Ich kaufe dort definitiv nie wieder! Great selection ... BUT ... no employees to be found on the area - here you walk in circles for a while - one employee was very friendly, the second lady was unfortunately far from it! We bought a tree on Saturday .. for the delivery you asked for almost EUR 100, - ... the tree was picked up by the forwarding agent on the following Thursday - the forwarding agent then called us on Friday and the delivery for Monday ( So a total of one week later) between 09: 30-14: 00 o'clock (no room for maneuver possible) ... it was said that you would be called 45 minutes in advance - 20 minutes before arrival you find out that the tree is about to arrive is delivered and parked on the sidewalk - the tree is not delivered to the apartment / terrace - we are talking about 36 kg.! Among other things, the tree was wrapped in plastic - mind you, completely and probably since Thursday ... I don't have to write more about it ... ZERO COMMUNICATION, EXPENSIVE DELIVERY for ZERO SERVICE! I will definitely never buy there again!

Die Astern großteils vertrocknet und die Blätter bereits gelb! So Etwas überhaupt zu verschicken finde ich wirklich eine Zumutung. Für den Preis habe ich mir wirklich wesentlich mehr erwartet. War bestimmt meine letzte Bestellung bei Praskac. Ordered plants online. The delivery worked well, but the quality of the goods was more than disappointing! Most of the asters have dried up and the leaves are already yellow! I really find it unreasonable to send something like that at all. For the price, I really expected a lot more. It was definitely my last order from Praskac.
