N	Nicole S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wollten, nachdem wir unsere Katze leider nach 17 Jahren gehen lassen mussten, einer anderen Katze ein Zuhause geben. Daher hätten wir uns eigentlich gedacht wir wenden uns an ein Tierheim. Doch leider wurden wir dort enttäuscht. Auf die Frage ob es denn auch junge Katzen zur Vergabe gäbe, kam die Antwort 'Babykatzen werden nur paarweise vergeben'. Es kam auch zu keiner Besichtigung oder einer Vermittlungsmöglichkeit für ältere Katzen. Die eine Aussage war da und somit quasi das Gespräch beendet. Wir wollten einer Katze aus dem Tierheim ein schönes Zuhause geben, aber leider ist das nicht möglich gewesen. Ich verstehe es nicht. Habe aber im Nachhinein davon gehört, dass es mehreren so geht. Scheinbar wollen diese Leute gar keine Tiere vermitteln. Es geht ihnen nur ums Geld. Einfach nur traurig für die Tiere dort... After we had to let our cat go after 17 years, we wanted to give another cat a home. So we actually thought we would go to an animal shelter. But unfortunately we were disappointed there. When asked if there were also young cats available, the answer was 'Baby cats are only given in pairs'. There was also no viewing or placement for older cats. One of the statements was there and the conversation was almost over. We wanted to give a cat from the animal shelter a nice home, but unfortunately that was not possible. I do not get it. But in retrospect I heard that several people felt the same way. Apparently these people don't want to convey animals at all. It's all about the money. Just sad for the animals there ...

J	Joachim Kern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider musste ich jetzt zum wiederholten mal die Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kennen lernen. Wenn ich schon am Telefon (nachdem ich erklärt hatte, dass wir einen neuen Hund suchen) sofort mit den Worten: wenn Sie keinen Gassi Geher Ausweis haben geht das nicht und neue Ausweise stellen wir zur Zeit nicht aus, abgeschmettert wurde. Habe ich von diesem Heim endgültig die Nase voll. Ein Stern ist noch viel zu gut dafür. Schade das es da keinen Minusbereich gibt dann würden die von mir -5 Sterne bekommen. If I was already on the phone (after I had explained that we were looking for a new dog) immediately with the words: If you don't have a dog walker ID, this is not possible and we are currently not issuing new IDs, it has been rejected. I'm finally fed up with this home. A star is still far too good for that. It's a shame that there is no minus range then they would get -5 stars from me.

N	Norbi Stein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine gute Einrichtung eine Heimat für viele Tiere die da alle bestens versorgt werden durch kompetentes freundliches Personal so dass sich alle Tiere wohlfühlen können wenn du ein Tierliebhaber bist schau doch mal vorbei und überzeuge dich selbst. A good facility, a home for many animals, all of which are well looked after by competent, friendly staff so that all animals can feel comfortable if you are an animal lover, have a look and see for yourself.
